About Thaddeus Farrell
Thaddeus started working in the mortgage industry in 1986. Over the years he has gained the knowledge and experience needed to help clients navigate even the most complicated of finance scenarios. He is one of our Trust Loan specialists and can answer any questions you may have about a loan to an irrevocable trust or preserving a parents low property tax base on an inherited home with California Proposition 19. Thad is also incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to loans on properties involved in probate.
