Meet the CLOANC Team

I entered the loan business in 1981. I have been a loan officer, a wholesale representative, managed a group of wholesale originators and a partner in a company doing retail mortgage originations.

In December of 1995 I started my own company. I wanted to create a company that focused on customer service. Our philosophy centered on taking care of our employees. We believed that the relationship between how our employees were treated would be reflected in how they took care of our customers. It worked. We started with three people and built the company to the point of doing 5,773 loans in 1997. We accomplished this by closing loans in 14 calendar days while our competitors were taking 30 days or more. We made good loans with an extremely low default rate. I sold that company in January of 1998. Many of the following years were spent travelling, consulting, mentoring and playing golf.

In 2007, I started CLOANC (Commercial Loan Corporation). Much like my prior company, my desire was to form a business that would take care of my employees and benefit the lives of our clients. I am proud of what we have been able to accomplish over the years. We have become one of the most respected Trust & Estate lenders in California and have helped thousands of clients. I put together what I consider an “all-star” team to provide the best service in the business.

Tanis Kluever is a Senior Account Executive at CLOANC and has been with the company for over 6 years. She prides herself on providing clients throughout California with the financial information and advice they need to make the most informed decision possible for themselves and their family. She works closely with clients, attorneys and fiduciaries to ensure that it is a smooth and easy process.

With Tanis you will get the upmost integrity and honesty throughout the process. She is here to help families navigate any difficult times they may be facing.

Tanis currently resides in Orange County with her husband, daughter and two dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family outdoors and chasing around their toddler!

Thaddeus came to the CLOANC organization with over 12 years of mortgage experience. He believes that the focus of his career can be distilled down to two important traits:

1) the fearless pursuit of cultivating long term relationships with his clients
2) maintaining a reputation of honesty, integrity and transparency

With over 25 years of experience in the loan industry, I’ve had the privilege of helping countless clients navigate their financing needs. Over the years, I’ve developed extensive knowledge in a wide range of lending solutions, including refinance, conventional loans, reverse mortgages, bridge loans, and private money financing.

Today, I work with California’s leading lender in trust and estate loans, where my focus is on helping families preserve their property tax base under Proposition 19. I partner closely with attorneys and fiduciaries, as well as heirs and beneficiaries, to provide loan solutions that make it possible to equalize distributions without forcing a sale and to ensure families can keep their homes.

I truly love what I do because it allows me to guide people through important financial decisions while making a meaningful difference for families during times of transition.

With over six years of experience as a Loan Officer, I bring a proven track record of success in sales, business development, and customer satisfaction to my focus in the trust and estate lending space. Throughout my career, I have built strong client relationships by listening carefully to individual needs, tailoring financial solutions, and guiding clients through each step of the lending process. My ability to simplify complex transactions while maintaining attention to detail has allowed me to consistently deliver results and earn the trust of those I work with.

In the trust and estate loan space, I work closely with clients to address liquidity needs and property transitions. I approach every transaction with professionalism, empathy, and dedication, ensuring the lending process is as seamless as possible. My goal is to provide personalized support that delivers both peace of mind and financial stability for every client I serve.

Cory Olivieri is a Junior Account Executive at CLOANC and has been in the mortgage industry for over 24 years. He is an exceptional communicator and excels at making sure the needs of his clients are always exceeded.
