I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Susie Bassirpou and team at CLOANC. After the death of my mother, feeling sad and defeated, Susie received my call with interest in purchasing my mother’s home. I needed guidance to sell the home I was currently living in at the same time purchase my childhood home. It sounded like an impossible dream, and then I met Susie. I simply cannot say enough about her professionalism, kindness, and her never-ending ‘can-do attitude’. She was enthusiastic and believed in me and my ‘impossible dream’ more than I did. She had no doubt ‘we’ could make it happen. She explained everything & always circled back around to make sure I completely understood every step of the process before I even made my first step…leaving me feeling confident in obtaining my childhood home. During the process, I was met with obstacles from my siblings and when I started to doubt myself, it was Susie reminding me to take a deep breath and remember she had my back. She went above and beyond to ensure she was providing excellent service as if I were her own family member. She is one of the kindest humans I have ever met. The entire team, including Thad and Autumn were also extremely helpful during the process. I cannot say enough about the entire team…Simply the best!
